Melton Highway Level Crossing Removal (Bid Phase)

The urban design concept for the Melton Highway level crossing removal project has been developed to consider and reflect the local context. It provides necessary vehicular movements separated from trains, and integrates the bridge infrastructure into the community through maintaining local connections. It provides the local community a safer and more vibrant journey in their connections and aims to engender a sense of pride of place through celebration of the sites heritage and environmental attributes.
