Jiangnan Restaurant – Venetian Hotel

Jiang Nan by Chef Jereme Leung showcases the flavours of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, celebrating the authenticity and very best cuisines of the region.

The project draws inspiration from golden age of Shanghai, featuring its rich heritage of Shikumens which combines the characteristics of traditional Chinese elements with Western culture and design. It brings to attention the notion of romance ,sophistication, and vintage luxury for the guests.

The restaurant seats 108 guests within its grand main dining area fronting the show kitchen, and has four 10 seater private dining rooms which can be combined into two larger events spaces. The restaurant features a large collection of bespoke artworks and vintage art deco jukeboxes from the bygone era of Shanghai.
