Bacchus Marsh Station

Kyriacou Architects and SMEC, in consortium with Lend Lease and Coleman Rail, are delivering Bacchus Marsh station as part of Ballarat Line Upgrade Project. The $10 million upgrade will deliver more trains and services with improved accessibility and features to cater to Bacchus Marsh’s growing population.

Bacchus Marsh station preserves the heritage aspects of historical station with modern design for heritage values to coexist in growing local society. The upgraded station building maintains heritage value by minimising bulk and scale of new building such as gentle roof pitch and cream-coloured banding. Kyriacou Architects are Lead Architects overseeing station design and function, and Master Planning of the station precincts.
