Tim is Kyriacou’s Managing Principal, bringing significant influence to the practice through his depth of experience across the practice’s portfolio. He leads complex, multi-stakeholder commissions spanning transport, public realm, and large-scale mixed-use environments, with a sharp focus on design quality and considered outcomes.
His strength lies in steering large, multidisciplinary teams through layered project phases — aligning disciplines, managing interfaces, and maintaining design intent from concept through to delivery. As Architecture and Urban Design Lead on the Western Program Alliance, he coordinated the architectural team across multiple projects and phases, working closely with all disciplines and stakeholders to drive exceptional results.
Tim currently leads a series of commissions for Crown Resorts as Lead Consultant, where his collaborative approach and alliance mindset consistently deliver outcomes that prioritise the project above all else.
