Mariola’s work is characterised by a commitment to durable, efficient, and elegantly resolved built outcomes. As Associate at Kyriacou, she brings strong technical expertise to the delivery of complex projects, with particular depth in façade design and delivery.
Her experience includes work on major Australian developments such as Queen’s Wharf Brisbane and West Side Place, where she led the façade team. Mariola is known for her calm, systematic approach to problem‑solving and her ability to guide teams through technically demanding project phases.
Beyond practice, she is passionate about supporting emerging professionals through mentoring in the Property Council’s 500 Women in Property program, and the AIA Acumen Content Review Panel.
